2) The mentioned Booking Price is inclusive of all the charges, including reseller agency fees. The actual Invoices from reseller will be provided upon request.

3)  Issuance of ticket is subject to the approval of payment & flight availability at the time of payment confirmation. Ticket will be issued on actual fare amount at the time of payment confirmation.

REFUND POLICY

• In case, ticket is not issued due to any reason and payment is done. We will refund full amount.
• However, in the case of flight cancellation by the customer due to any reason, we need to send email to Airline/Principal Agent to know the charges and total refundable amount.
• Accordingly, we will inform the customer before the flight cancellation about the total refundable amount by deducting: Principal Agent/Airline charges, our Agency fees & Installment charges if any.
